What We'll Expect From You
As a Metal Seal Precision Rep, you will be our primary link to the customer. As such, you will be expected to think, act, function and respond to customer needs and requests the same way as a direct sales person would. In other words, you will be expected to:
- Know the players and procurement processes for all key accounts
you call on
- Identify new accounts and opportunities
- Expand our footprint with new and existing accounts
- Develop a complete understanding of our sales & marketing goals and objectives
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospective customers that span multiple levels within the customer’s organization.
- Identify new programs and projects coming down the road that fit our profile and business model
- Fulfill all duties and responsibilities contained in the Representation Agreement
- Assist us in the resolution of any commercial issues that might arise.
As our authorized representative, we will expect you to always operate in an ethical, moral manner and treat everyone you encounter on our behalf with dignity and respect.
